General Fixes and Improvements - Sept 26

Competition Rankings: Equity is now displayed in both % and $, with points assigned correctly.
Props Leaderboard: Its now balance based and not equity based.
Affiliates Dashboard: Added the option to filter users by email for faster account lookup and management.
UI Padding: Improved spacing and padding to prevent text from being cut off and enhance readability.
News trading rule: This rule now have an option to choose strikes by news and not by trades. This means if a trader has 3 open trades during a high impact event, this will only count as 1 strike.

Fixed a sporadic account creation issue related to the WordPress cron process.
Resolved minor issues within Risk Control to improve stability and reliability.
